Season Two (khởi chiếu ngày 2/12/2010 trên SBS - Sydney, Australia)

Trong bộ số 2, Luke sẽ đưa chúng ta đi với những món ăn của miền bắc Việt Nam. Bắt đầu từ Huế trở ra miền bắc, đến thăm vịnh Hạ Long, dừng chân lại Hà Nội, lên Sapa. Trên đường đi Luke sẽ nấu cho chúng ta xem những món ăn thuần túy Việt Nam.

Mai Chau is the last stop for Luke on his journey through the northern regions of Vietnam. Here, he prepares a young jackfruit salad, which he shares with a nearby family in their stilt house. In the searing heat, he cooks fish in bamboo in the spectacular village grounds and later roasts a freshly slaughtered suckling pig for a village feast. Here, Luke shares his stories, drinks cassava wine and is up on his feet dancing the traditional bamboo dance.

Seafood is the main ingredient as we float around one of the world's natural wonders, Ha Long Bay. Blue swimmer crab and mussels are caught and cooked in and amongst the stunning floating villages and fisheries. Luke also prepares mantis prawns cooked on a bonfire he prepared on one of the two Ha Long Bay beaches.

The small town of Bac Ha comes alive on weekends as many a tourist flocks to its renowned weekend market. Here, Luke prepares ginger chicken in the "food court" with a bunch of keen observers. Venturing away from the market, Luke finds out how to make a local favourite, purple noodles, and smokes a duck while waiting for his homemade corn wine to brew.

Continuing in Sapa, Luke ventures beyond the main town and visits the local villages where he delves into some rich local traditions. Luke prepares a dish in the clouds with local Su May in her village, Ta Phin. Here, they cook field mushrooms gathered in the early morning. He cooks a pork-skewer dish in front of a beautiful waterfall in the heart of Cat Cat village, and learns how the local Mong people eat, sharing a communal salmon hot pot that he prepares on the porch of a local home.

Luke leaves the hustle and bustle of Hanoi behind for the mystical mountains of Sapa. There, he prepares some black chicken in and amongst the local streets. He cooks buffalo for a salad in the busy Sapa markets and prepares a tofu-and-tomato dish high up in the rice paddy fields with the most spectacular backdrop.

Continuing his journey in the bustling city of Hanoi, Luke is up bright-and-early to cook one of Vietnam’s most famous dishes, Pho Bo. After perfecting this well known broth, he ventures to one of the outskirts of this amazing city to learn how rice paper is made, which he immediately applies to his spring roll recipe. In the greater parts of Hanoi, pork terrine and green rice is also on the menu as Luke marvels at the old techniques used and new technologies on offer.

Luke reaches the bustling city of Hanoi, where he gives a how-to guide on the vibrant street-food scene. Visiting Ms Hong, he helps prepare a Hanoi favourite – Bun Cha. He stops off for some yogurt coffee and partakes in an old snake meal ritual with interesting results. Hanoi at night comes alive as Luke prepares a local favourite, Cha Ca (grilled fish with aromatic herbs), on a street completely dedicated to that particular dish.

Luke’s journey continues to the mysterious and serene Ninh Binh. Snail catching, duck calling and dog meat are all on the agenda in this beautiful country town. Luke explores the dancing caves, a large tourist spot for locals and international people alike. Luke cooks Mr Dung's favourite meal – pork neck and pineapple – and climbs 1,000 steps to prepare some goat meat atop the tallest and most breathtaking mountain in Tam Coc.

In Episode 2 of Luke Nguyen’s Vietnam, Luke stops off in Dong Hoi and prepares a dish for a family on route to Vinh. After another three hours' drive, Luke explores the vibrant market lifestyle in this small country town, where locals, all too keen to lend a hand with his recipes of eel and pork neck, overrun him. He also visits a family living on a rickety stilt house in the middle of the lake, where he prepares a pickled bamboo and tamarind soup for some keen kids ready to pass judgement on their local dish

In the first episode of Luke Nguyen’s Vietnam, Luke explores the food and people of Hue, home to the ruling Emperors of the 17th century in central Vietnam. Hue’s culture and its history are discovered as Luke takes us on a sprawling journey of the vibrant town. At a bustling corner restaurant, Luke helps prepare a quintessential Hue dish - Lemongrass skewers. He cooks with a local woman on her front porch and explores the historic Citadel, built by the Nguyen Dynasty where the Emperors ruled.

Season One
Mời các mít xem chương trình nấu ăn của Luke Nguyen do SBS TV của Úc thực hiện. Luke Nguyen là đầu bếp chính và là chủ nhân của nhà hàng "Red Lantern" nổi tiếng ở Sydney.

Tập 1
Tập 1 Luke Nguyen's Vietnam. Luke sẽ khám phá những món ăn và văn hóa của thành phố lớn nhứt Việt Nam. Sài Gòn. Ở chợ Bến Thành Luke sẽ nấu món canh chua cá lóc, kế tiếp là làm món gỏi đu đủ ngay ngoài đường. Tối đến là món bò xào lá lốt.

Tập 2
Tập 2 Luke Nguyen’s Vietnam, Luke sẽ nấu ăn cùng đại gia đình ở Sàigòn. Trong quán nhỏ vỉa hè Luke nấu món bún thịt nướng. Trong căn nhà mà ba của Luke đã lớn lên, bà nội Luke xem Luke làm xà lách. Sau đó Luke đến thăm vựa bắp của mợ Tám và nấu món chè bắp.

Tập 3
Tập 3 Luke Nguyen’s Vietnam, Cuộc phiêu lưu của Luke được tiếp tục dọc theo sông Cửu Long, nơi tràn đầy sức sống, người dân nơi đây lệ thuộc vào dòng sông cho phương tiện di chuyển, buôn bán và nhất là nguồn thực phẩm.

Tập 4
Phú Quốc, hòn đảo miền nam Việt Nam, nổi tiếng về nước mắm và những khu vườn trồng tiêu. Đây là nơi lý tưởng cho những ngày nghỉ mát.

Tập 5
Phan Thiết - Mũi Né. Luke đến chợ cá Mũi Né, làm món "gỏi sò móng tay". Sau đó là "Gỏi cuốn" ngay tại nơi làm bánh tráng. "Hủ tiếu sườn heo" tại chợ Phan Thiết.

Tập 6
Đà Lạt, thủ đô hoa quả cây trái của Việt Nam. Tại Đà Lạt Palace Luke làm món "Bông Bí dồn tôm". Tiếp theo đó là "Rau củ tay cầm" ngay tại chợ Đà Lạt. "Trái su xào bò" tại vườn su, và giới thiệu cà phê sữa đá.

Tập 7
Nha Trang, "Canh Ngót Cá Mú", "Nem Nướng", "Cua xào Saté".

Tập ́8
Luke visits the town of “Quy Nhon” on the central coast of Vietnam and spends time at the NNC centre for disabled children, Luke supports this centre the best way he can, by teaching children life cooking skills, Luke, with help of these children prepare Fish cakes, which are simple and easy to make. Luke also learns how to make fresh Tofu from scratch in a family farmyard environment and prepares a vegetarian delight at an historical “Pegoda” with the help of local Monks.

Hoi An. Luke travels to the ancient town of “Hoi An”, the architecture is of this historic town is beautiful and at night the whole town lights with lanterns. Hoi An used to be one the main trading ports in Vietnam and the influences on the food makes this town so wonderful and special for Luke.

Tập ́10 (tập cuối của sê ri 1)
Hoi an 2. Luke continues his journey in “Hoi An” where vibrant markets are bustling and magnificent produce is on offer for Luke to cook with, spoilt by choice, Luke makes the most of what the town has on offer and also journeys out of town on a food discovery tour.

Cái này MD cũng không rành lắm, nhưng có lẽ vì có một số quốc gia SBS bán chương trình này cho TV của quốc gia đó. Nên họ block không cho xem online theo luật buôn bán ấy mà. Chỉ có cách là làm sao gạt được cái website là máy bạn đang ở Úc hay quốc gia nào mà không bị block, hình như bên phòng software có một số sofware làm được việc này thì phài.
